Our Computer Centre
SCE has the most modern, state-of-art computer centre with over 640 computers. The centre has been renovated to make it a more comfortable and congenial place to work in. The computer - student ratio is amongst the best in any Engineering College in South India. The centre has a switched Local Area Network (LAN) operating under Windows- 2008/2003 /Novell Netware / Linux.
Educational Tours & Industrial / Factory visits
Every year, as part of the academic curriculum Educational Tours are arranged as one day tour.. In addition, a number of Seminars, Workshops, Industrial Visits and Trade Fair Visits are organized. Interaction programmes with National and International level experts are also arranged at the visiting places. Our Faculty also participate in a number of symposium /National conferences, workshops and short-term courses, both within and outside.
